Katie Von-Lyn

Katie brings a people-first mindset and strong commercial acumen to her role as Associate Director, Sales & Marketing at Miller Leith, based in Melbourne. Originally from a small country town in New Zealand, Katie has called Australia home for more than 18 years, alongside extensive time spent living and travelling overseas.

Her career began in hospitality as a chef, followed by roles in coffee training and sales. These foundations shaped a natural progression into recruitment, sales and people leadership, where connection, performance and purpose come together.

A highly accomplished recruitment professional, Katie has a proven track record of building trusted partnerships and delivering tailored, commercially grounded solutions across a range of industries. In her current role, she focuses on strengthening client relationships, enabling sales performance and supporting the ongoing growth of Miller Leith’s marketing capability.

Outside of work, Katie is often spending time with family and friends, and seeking out new conversations and opportunities. Her energy, warmth and genuine approach are felt from the first interaction.
