Darien is originally from Cairns and now calls the Gold Coast home, a decision she absolutely loves. Her career journey has spanned roles as a Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, and Talent Acquisition Advisor, each shaping her passion for building strong relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities.

Now a Principal Consultant at Miller Leith, Darien specialises in Corporate Services, recruiting across Human Resources, Sales, and Business Support functions. She partners with businesses ranging from growing organisations to established industry leaders, helping them attract exceptional talent while guiding candidates towards opportunities that align with their long-term career aspirations. Known for her genuine approach and commitment to building lasting relationships, Darien prides herself on adding value to both clients and candidates at every stage of the recruitment journey.

Outside of work, Darien is all about the Gold Coast way of life. Whether she’s up at the crack of dawn to watch the sunrise or unwinding with a book on the beach, she loves making the most of where she lives and appreciates the balance that comes with coastal living.
