With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Anna specialises in placing Human Resources, Finance and Business Support professionals across the manufacturing, FMCG, legal, consulting and private practice sectors. During her career, she also spent time in-house as a HR Manager, overseeing the HR, finance and business support functions for a Victorian organisation. Having sat on the other side of the desk, she knows exactly what her clients are up against and what it takes for a candidate to truly thrive in these roles.

Outside of work, Anna is a wife and a proud mum to two girls, so life can get a little chaotic. The upside? After juggling school runs, after-school activities and a full-time career, even the most challenging brief feels like a walk in the park. A self-confessed workaholic, she brings that same energy, organisation and determination to every search she takes on.

What motivates you in recruitment?
Two things inspire me the most: the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the work, and the opportunity to connect talented individuals with their dream careers while helping organisations build strong teams.
