Born in the UK and now happily based on the Gold Coast, Victoria brings a global perspective and a genuine passion for people to her career in recruitment. Over the years, she has partnered with clients and candidates across a diverse range of sectors including FMCG, retail, finance, HR, manufacturing and industrial, placing talent at every level from entry roles through to executive leadership.

This breadth of experience has given Victoria a deep understanding of what great recruitment looks like: insight, intuition and strong, long-term relationships. At Miller Leith, she specialises in Sales & Marketing recruitment, where she thrives on the creativity, pace and impact of the function. Victoria is passionate about helping people grow their careers while building high-performing teams for businesses, always bringing authenticity, energy and tailored solutions to every brief.

Outside of work, Victoria’s lively and social nature shines. Whether it is long lunches with friends, exploring new food and wine, travelling, or walking along the beach with sand beneath her feet, she values connection and making the most of every moment.
