Thomas Rimmer

Born in Wigan, England, Tom moved to Australia in 2015 for a working holiday and never looked back. After graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in History, he built a career spanning both commercial and people-focused environments.

Today, Tom specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment across Supply Chain, Procurement and Merchandise throughout Victoria, supporting businesses and professionals with thoughtful, long-term hiring outcomes.

Passionate about understanding the people behind each hiring decision, Tom brings a strong commercial mindset, relationship-led approach and practical understanding of the markets he supports, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that drive both business performance and long-term career growth.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid sports fan and passionate traveller, having visited more than 41 countries, and is also a certified wreck scuba diver.

I was British National Champion in Taekwondo!

What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
When you find the perfect match between client and candidate – finding someone a role that truly changes their life for the better. Theres no better feeling than checking in with a candidate after a year and them telling you how happy they are in their role!
