Nadia Tribuzio

After close to 20+ years working both in the retail operations industry and retail recruitment, Nadia has joined Miller Leith as their State Manager of Retail Operations.

Over her 10 years retail recruitment career, Nadia has a demonstrated history of working alongside leading global and national retailers across the fashion and apparel, FMCG and luxury industries. Nadia prides herself on her strong relationships developed with both clients and candidates and prides herself on her coaching and development skills, a solid understanding of the local and international retail market and overall passion for the retail industry.

Family, friends and fur babies (my voluptuous pug Chloe and 2 budgies)

What is something quirky about you?
I have watched the entire 12 seasons of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” 3 times and can battle anyone on reciting their biggest feuds and arguments.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
The number one thing that motivates me about the recruitment industry is aligning the right person with their dream role. I am also very passionate about candidate and client relationship management and having that connection be both professional and personable. I am very driven to develop others and see them thrive under my management and leadership.
