Practice Lead - Manufacturing & Supply Chain (NSW)

For 17 years, Matt has specialised in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain ecosystem, connecting organisations with professionals who bring efficiency, precision, and leadership across every stage of the value chain.

He began his career in the UK, working for the Page Group partnering with SMEs through to multinationals like Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Goodrich and the Boeing in manufacturing and the likes of DHL, Lidl and Aldi in supply chain. Matt then relocated to New Zealand to establish a dedicated Manufacturing and Operations recruitment division for the business.

For the last 8 years Matt has focused on Sydney covering manufacturing and supply chain, partnering with mid-to-senior leaders across food, packaging, industrial, and manufacturing sectors to design talent strategies that build the teams behind the products and the pathways that deliver them.

Known for his consultative approach, Matt identifies what organisations need to secure long-tenured teams who drive impact from the factory floor to the customer door.

Outside of work, you’ll find Matt keeping active in the gym, cheering on Nottingham Forest FC, planning his next travel adventure, or hanging out with his wife and their very chunky beagle, Beau.

What is important to you?
My family, friends, and being able to provide a good life for them.

What is something quirky about you?
I’m terrified of heights… but I skydived from 18,500 feet in New Zealand. As a nod to the country, I even learned their national anthem word for word.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
The ability to genuinely impact people’s lives for the better.
