Kellie Monk

Originally from New Zealand, Kellie spent three and a half years travelling and living in the UK before settling in Sydney.

With more than 20 years’ experience across administration and business support, Kellie has built a diverse career spanning multiple industries. Her experience includes roles across commercial furniture, events and the renewable energy sector, as well as 12.5 years working within cancer care in the health sector. Along the way, she has developed a strong foundation in organisation, coordination and supporting teams to operate effectively.

Now a Business Operations Specialist at Miller Leith’s Sydney office, Kellie brings her breadth of experience to supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and the wider team.

Outside of work, Kellie enjoys slowing things down and spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find her at the movies, heading to the beach or simply making the most of Sydney life.

What’s really important to you?
Family, including my 15 year old pooch, and friends.

What is something quirky about you?
I went on a camel safari in the Gobi Desert, here I learnt camels are not for me!

What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
I am motivated to learn about the recruitment industry as I am new to the field.
