Justine Verschaeren

From Belgium, Justine embarked on her Australian adventure in Sydney nearly two years ago and has an extensive background in recruitment spanning over six years across both Belgium and Australia across HR, Engineering & Manufacturing.

Having kickstarted her career right after completing her degree in Human Resources Management, Justine’s passion for recruitment has only grown stronger over the years. The challenges and constant learning opportunities continue to fuel her professional journey.

Recently, Justine embraced the role of Senior Principal Consultant in Manufacturing and Engineering at the vibrant Sydney office of Miller Leith. Her approach is all about that personal touch, as she guides candidates and clients seamlessly through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish.

Beyond her professional pursuits, you’ll find Justine exploring new destinations, breaking a sweat in the gym, or cherishing moments with her partner and friends by the beach. After all, in Justine’s eyes, life’s too precious not to make the most of every single moment.

What’s important to you?
My friends and family. Besides that, I am definitely a foodie and I love to travel around and explore new beaches. And of course, a glass of wine after a busy workday, so important.

What is something quirky about you?
I always scratch my hair when I’m thinking or trying to remember something, and I don’t like leftovers at all (those are always for my partner).

What motivates you about the Recruitment Industry?
I have a genuine passion for connecting people and helping them navigate the recruitment process. I am a people person, so I love to build up long-lasting relations and guide candidates and clients through the process.
