Jordana Jacklin

Having spent 20 years crafting her recruitment experience in Sydney, Melbourne and London, Jordana relocated home to Queensland in 2021 and based herself on the Gold Coast. After 20 years living interstate and abroad, Jordana was happy to call Queensland home again.

She initially worked with Salesforce, leading Enterprise teams across Retail, Consumer Goods and Financial Services before accepting her current role in 2023 with Miller Leith as Queensland Director. With a breadth of senior and executive-level recruitment experience, Jordana’s key focus is now maximising recruitment opportunities in the Queensland region.

With a long-standing reputation for being a clear and honest communicator and doing what’s right, Jordana continues to grow and establish the credibility of the Miller Leith brand in her role.

What is important to you?
My goal with everything I do is balance. I want to enjoy life with my family, make a positive impact in my career and spend time with those who I love.

What is something quirky about you?
I’ll admit I am water obsessed. I drink 4–5L a day and that’s me trying to cut down!

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
Finding the right solution or person for the opportunity. I have genuine care for my candidates and love helping someone find their career home. For my clients, forming long-term partnerships is what it is all about.
