Originally from the UK, Hugh has lived and studied across the UK, USA and China, bringing a global perspective and genuine curiosity about people to his work.

With a background in supply chain management and experience across international shipping, FMCG and medical device manufacturing, Hugh offers deep technical knowledge and practical insight. Over the past eight years, he’s built a career connecting supply chain, procurement and operations professionals with leading businesses across Australia.

Joining Miller Leith as Principal Consultant – NSW, Hugh is known for his approachable nature, integrity and hands-on understanding of the industry. He prides himself on building trusted relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that make a real impact.

Outside of work, Hugh is a passionate sports fan who takes inspiration from great teams and leaders, a self-confessed trivia buff, and a keen (if modest) golfer.
