Originally from the Philippines, she has spent the past five years building her recruitment career across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Her experience spans manufacturing, retail, marketing, healthcare, real estate, construction, IT, office administration, and accounting and finance.

She has supported international clients by sourcing and hiring Filipino and US-based candidates, managing the recruitment process from initial search through to placement. Her experience includes candidate screening, interviews, CV preparation, interview coordination, reference checks and arranging police checks when required.

At Miller Leith, she currently works as a Resourcer, supporting Anna across multiple recruitment projects. She enjoys connecting talented people with the right opportunities and creating a recruitment experience that is smooth, supportive and positive.

What’s important to you?
As the eldest, supporting my parents and siblings is my biggest motivation. Their sacrifices inspire me to work hard, keep growing and give back wherever I can.

What is something quirky about you?
I’m a huge Marvel fan and love learning about the characters and how their stories connect. I also unwind with Hello Kitty Island Adventure on my Nintendo Switch. I used to love horror films, but now they tend to follow me into my dreams!

What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
I enjoy meeting people from different industries, cultures and backgrounds, and learning about their career journeys and goals. Recruitment continually expands my knowledge, while the leaders I support inspire me to grow through their experience and feedback. Helping connect the right person with the right opportunity is what makes the work so rewarding.
