Darien is originally from Cairns but made the move to the Gold Coast two years ago — a decision she absolutely loves. Her career journey has spanned roles as a Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, and Talent Acquisition Advisor, each shaping her passion for building strong relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities.
Now a Principal Consultant at Miller Leith, Darien specialises in Retail Operations and Business Support. She prides herself on adding value to both clients and candidates by truly understanding their long-term goals. Her role allows her to connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can thrive, while helping businesses build high-performing teams that drive success.
Outside of work, Darien describes herself as “a bit of a nana at heart.” She enjoys spending time in the gym, soaking up the sun with a good book, and winding down early — with an 8pm bedtime being her idea of a perfect evening.
