Born and raised in a small seaside town in Ireland, Juliette moved to Australia over four years ago and absolutely loves it here.

While Juliette was studying Marketing in University she worked closely with FMCG brands in cities such as San Diego, Vancouver and Dublin. Over the last couple of years Juliette has gained experience working within the Digital Marketing landscape and Project Management space for Australian commercial brands. New to recruitment, Juliette is excited to connect marketing professionals with leading brands. Enthusiastic about e-commerce and the intersection between people and brands. Fascinated with innovation and constantly scanning and identifying new way’s brands are connecting with their audiences through both online and offline platforms.

Outside of work you will find Juliette running laps of the tan, hanging out in her Crossfit gym, cycling around St. Kilda or checking out the latest fashion trends in Zara. On the weekend’s Juliette likes to attend live gigs with friends or hang out in Melbourne’s coolest bars and restaurants.

What’s really important to you?
I love building brilliant moments and connecting with my friends and family. I also think it’s really important to continually grow and learn new things, I try to do this through seminars, online courses, books. I also love travelling to new places, a great outfit and a glass of vino.

What is something quirky about you?
I lived in a caravan and worked on a dairy farm milking cows for over 5 months in order to get my second year working holiday visa – totally worth it!

What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
I thrive working in an environment where no two days are the same and speaking with growth-mindset individuals on a daily basis. I love helping people achieve results and really enjoy creating long-lasting relationships to deliver amazing results for both the candidates and clients.
