What’s important to you?
At work, achieving win-win outcomes and delivering the best-in-class service for both candidates and clients. Personally, it’s family first, then health and happiness. I am a foodie, traveler and yoga lover.
What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
Recruiting allows me to meet inspiring, diverse and talented people, be strategic and engage in big picture thinking. I love the spirit of entrepreneurship and the autonomy that I have as a recruiter.
What’s something quirky about you?
I am considered to be a terrible driver. However, I have survived from a coastal drive from Queenstown to Christchurch in 40-degree summer heat, with a broken toe and a pair of moon boots.
My teammates would describe me as….
Approachable, honest, caring and very direct. Can be emotional (in a good way) at times.
