Principal Consultant - Business Support
After completing a Master of Animal Science and working in the veterinary industry, Candice decided to make a career move into recruitment and hasn’t looked back.
The past four years in recruitment has seen Candice work from London to Melbourne across a range of industry sectors and support roles. Her work with clients and candidates affords her a strong understanding of what is required to match individuals to not only the job brief but also to the culture and values of the organisation.
Candice joins Miller Leith to lead the recruitment for business support roles. This includes both permanent and temporary placements for senior-level executive support positions through to Front of House and corporate services support.
Outside of Miller Leith, Candice loves to travel, explore new eateries and spend time with her family and friends.

Family, friends and good food – if I can have that all at one time, even better!
What is something quirky about you?
I’ve handled some of the world’s deadliest snakes whilst volunteering in Swaziland.
What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
I love keeping busy and being able to work with people to find a great solution for them. Recruitment is a fast-paced industry with each day offering new challenges, which is something I thoroughly enjoy and thrive on. Coupled with the ability to work with people, develop relationships and know that you are helping to make a difference in someone’s career is a great feeling that is hard to beat.
