Candice Powell

After completing a Master of Animal Science and working in the veterinary industry, Candice decided to make a career move into recruitment and hasn’t looked back.

Over her recruitment career, Candice has worked locally and internationally across various industry sectors, mainly specialising in Business Support (permanent and contracting). At Miller Leith, Candice has led a state team for Business Support and later Contracting and Compliance, before making a move into Continuous Improvement and Systems.

Candice’s focus is on ensuring best practice is followed by Consultant’s at Miller Leith regarding compliance, systems and process. She works to streamline our process to ensure optimal service is provided to our clients and candidates, meeting Miller Leith standards.

Outside of Miller Leith, Candice loves to travel, explore new eateries and spend time with her family and friends.
