About Us

Since our inception, we have expanded upon our core recruitment services to offer specialised employment solutions and consulting to candidates and clients

Our founders, Stephen Borg and Joe Sette who have a combined recruitment industry experience of 20+ years in our Melbourne Office

More than recruitment

Miller Leith was founded in 2012 by Stephen Borg and Joe Sette. Together, they had just one purpose; deliver honesty, value, and access to great talent across Australia. To this end, we put the people we work with first, and steadily formed a great community of candidates and clients around us. We have supported this community with constant support they know they can rely on.

Since then, we’ve expanded our business significantly: we’ve grown our team, expanded our locations across Australia, and adopted several more areas of industry expertise. We’ve evolved our service offering to provide consultative services to aid our partners and candidates across a variety of employment situations and stages in the talent lifecycle.
