Miller Leith was Established
Miller Leith was established, and with a team of just 4 people, were awarded one of two positions on the Murray Goulburn Preferred Supplier List on a 3-year contract.
2012
Queen Street Offices
Miller Leith moved to a new office in Queen Street. Our biggest partnerships began with Murray Goulburn, Chobani & Nando's, GWF & McCain.
2013
New Partnerships Emerge
We grew their client base by 45%, signalling that the Miller Leith brand had become entrenched in the Melbourne market.
2014
Team Expands & Introduced Engineering Arm
Miller Leith grew to a team of 6 and launched our Engineering recruitment function.
2015
Move to Oliver Lane & New Contracting Division
Miller Leith Contracting was established and Oliver Lane became our new home to 11 team members. 2016 also marks the beginning of our partnership with 7-Eleven.
2016
Five Years of Miller Leith
Miller Leith turned five, grew its team by 50% and launched into new markets. This included the growth of our Sales, Marketing & Digital Recruitment Team.
2017
Expansion to Sydney
Miller Leith Sydney was launched with Gerry Farnell as the Managing Director - Sydney.
2018
Miller Leith Career Services was launched
With Over 25 years’ experience in executive management roles, Richard Dixon joined Miller Leith to launch Miller Leith Career Services
2019
A Year of Challenge & Change
As COVID-19 hit Australia we were faced with the uncertainty and challenges presented by the pandemic and across the employment market. We grew our business support team and launched an internal marketing function to support growth.
2020
New Sydney Office & Executive Search Launch
As our Sydney team doubled in size, we made the move to a bigger and better office in Surry Hills. We also launched our Miller Leith Executive Search division.
