Continued steady growth has resulted in a newly created role for a Customer Account Manager.
It has been decided that they need to strengthen the long-term outlook of the Independent Customer channels and employ a Customer Account Manager with exceptional commercial relationship capabilities. They need someone with authentic leadership skills, an agile mind that will allow them to constantly refine and improve systems processes and someone with exceptional client management abilities.

To be considered for this career role you need to tertiary qualified and ideally have a solid track record of working proactively across the after sales, supply chain process, dealing direct with customers. You will be resilient and have a solutions focus to problem solving any challenges that arise. You need to excel at planning and be able to demonstrate that you are commercially sharp and capable of making decisions with confidence. This manufacturer wants to employ a Customer Account Manager who is happy to drive improvements to process to ensure customer satisfaction and is looking for that role that will give them the opportunity to launch their career across Sales or Category or Demand for example. 
After a thorough training program, the first project that you would be assigned to manage would be approximately 80 accounts ensuring in store service, new product launches, replenishment orders and any account challenges are proactively serviced and resolved.
