Senior Manager Workplace Experience and Partnerships

The Role 
Due to continued growth and transformation and in line with this strategy, there is a need to identify a specialist HR Practitioner who has particular strengths working with contemporary Organisational Development, Business Partnerships, and Change. You are a qualified HR Practitioner with Post Graduate studies in OD coupled with extensive experience in leadership.
Your purpose is to develop a more diverse, capable, resilient, and agile workforce through the design, development, and implementation of contemporary OD strategies and initiatives resulting in high levels of employee engagement and workforce capability.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proactively lead, coach, and manage P&C Business Partners in the provision of an effective service across the organisation for their employee lifecycle.  This commences with recruitment and onboarding through to performance and development, employee engagement, and well-being.
  • Develop along with line managers, tools, and programs that embed a performance culture of responsibility and accountability.
  • Set the direction and provide leadership for the development and implementation of a robust Learning and Development Plan ensuring a coordinated approach to delivery through business partnership.
  • Work with peers in P&C to build talent analytics and capability that will guide the strategic investment decisions on their future workforce.  Lead the successful design and delivery of the HR capability framework.
  • Build continued capability in organisational leaders and the broader HR team within a matrix environment as an internal consultant where you will ensure there is a shared understanding of business needs and priorities.  Empower and support them with the tools necessary to partner effectively with the business.

The salary package includes a base reflective of the seniority of this position plus salary packaging entitlements.
