Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Company
Our client, an established and well-known brand in the FMCG/retail market is seeking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their team. Working 4 days per week with flexible working from home options, this role will see you support with recruitment activities for retail stores and wider administration as required.

The Role
You will receive full training and on the job guidance and get to work with a fun and collaborative team. You will commence on an initial 6 month contract with transition too permanent. 

Skills & Experience
  • Take job briefs from hiring managers 
  • Post job adverts on relevant job boards and source candidates through searches
  • Develop strong presence in the market promoting brand awareness and building talent pools 
  • Screen and shortlist potential candidates and run group interviews
  • Complete relevant checks as required, extend offers and send contracts to candidates, negotiating salary and start date 
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new starters
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ad hoc administration support as required 
  • HR qualification and /or or relevant recruitment experience (internal or agency)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong systems skills including MS Office
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines 
  • Can-do approach and willingness to help out team members
