The Company
Our client is an FMCG manufacturer based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. Currently embarking on a journey of transformation and growth, our client would like to add an experienced customer service officer to help with a new acquisition.

The Role
This Customer Service Officer will be responsible for guiding existing customers through the transition of order information, updating bank account details, keeping systems up to date and building strong relationships with your customers. You will liaise with internal teams to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have 
  • Strong customer service and data entry experience. 
  • Warehouse experience is advantageous. 
  • Strong computer literacy. 
  • Proactive and quick thinking.
