Due to an exciting period of growth, there is now the opportunity to join the wider Digital & Communications team, as the Digital & Communications Marketing Manager.

The Role
Managing a core team of 5 across PR & Corporate, Digital & Communications and Consumer Loyalty, the Digital & Communications Marketing Manager will essentially push the envelope to develop digital & communication strategy & innovation, consistent brand personality across digital touch points and ensuring business objectives are met. To initiate change, you will focus on managing:
  • New digital and communications campaigns and creative content
  • Social media
  • Business tone of voice and consistency
  • Driving traffic through to retailers online
  • Agency relationships
  • Data and technology (EdM, CRM, Analytics)
  • Overall leadership accountabilities
The Digital & Communications Marketing Manager will take a pivotal, leadership role in advancing overall brand vision, to drive growth opportunities and innovation for Chobani.

Skills & Experience
While industry background and experience are important, your ability to manage and transform digital and communications strategy successfully in an outcome driven role, will be looked upon most favourably. A background in digital and communications is essential; whether this be for a cutting edge Fin-tech company, consumer goods or retail brand, or working for a similar, innovative FMCG. 

Further Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with proven track record in digital and communication strategies
  • Management experience of small team
  • Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing creative and effective communication strategies across traditional and digital channels
  • Strategic & analytical skills to draw conclusions and make recommendations to meet business goals
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
A self-driven, motivated and self-structured person, the Digital & Communications Marketing Manager will build out the role from the ground up to explore new prospects to support Chobani’s long-term vision.
