Recruitment Business Partner - Strategic and Operational

This is a brilliant opportunity for a TA/Recruitment Specialist who is looking for their next challenge.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, your role will be to run with and own the development, coordination, and administration of the TA and recruitment processes.  Incorporating EVP through to onboarding you are the go-to and SME for all key stakeholders, your influence will be both strategic and operational.

Key Responsibilities Include the Following:
  • Understand current state with tools, processes and systems to then bring ideas and innovation to key meetings with stakeholders to ensure successful attraction, engagement and retention of all key roles.
  • Provide sound and experienced advice to business leaders on all aspects of recruitment and selection including sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver to the business an exceptional level of service for senior and specialist appointments end to end.  This may well include the review of PD's, shortlisting, screening and interviewing, probity checks and offers.
  • Build the recruitment capability of hiring managers with supporting materials, coaching, and training where needed.
  • Ensure all key policies are being adhered to including procurement, their EBA and diversity, and inclusion.
  • Take a lead role in enhancing the organisations profile for talent attraction.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees ensuring compliance and quality control actions are being met.
  • Manage the implementation of the recruitment policy, manage their eRecruit system, and ensure quality control for TA process and documentation.
This is a position that will suit a passionate and experienced TA Specialist who enjoys being the go-to for the business and prefers a generalist role working with senior management.  You are a people person who brings business smarts and EQ, you are both strategic and operational with the ability to flex with business needs.  You are tech-savvy and have worked with various search tools for recruitment, you love innovation and have a curious mind with continued learning and development.
