A market -leading consumer goods business is currently seeking an experienced Imports Coordinator to join their team!
Your new company is a global business who employs just over 100 people here in Australia. They are an iconic brand who manufacture top quality products overseas and distribute them nationally here in Australia.
Reporting directly to the Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all Inbound and Outbound shipments, necessary documentation, and clearance of shipments or traffic coordination to ensure the business has the right stock at the right time!
You will be a key point of contact for suppliers, customers and stakeholders within the business. You will be working closely with these parties to resolve any logistical issues that may occur and update them on timelines.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- The ability prioritise under pressure and communicate effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience working in Consumer Goods is preferable
