If you have strong sales and customer service experience, then this could be a great new opportunity for you. 

Our client, a well-recognised telco company, is seeking a number of sales professionals to join their team in a long-term capacity. You will be working alongside a supportive team and be responsible for outbound and some inbound call management. 

You will receive a competitive base salary plus commission for hitting your targets, coupled with on-going development and support. Offices are based in Christchurch city centre. 

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Meet or exceed individual telesales targets
  • Resolve customer issues and queries by following standard procedures
  • Continually build, maintain and actively share knowledge of current company products and services
  • Meet or exceed individual quality targets
  • Work as part of a team providing support as required
Key skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous sales experience either in a call centre (ideal) or a field-based environment
  • Knowledge of contact centre tools (e.g Salesforce insights) is preferred 
  • Ability to multi task and be highly organised 
  • Team player, enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously
