This is an opportunity not to be missed if you are looking to continue building your experience in recruitment.  Based in the SE (Moorabbin) and with the flexibility to work from home as well, you will be joining a collaborative and motivated team who are keen to get the best outcomes for their business.

You will be a part of the internal recruitment team who are committed to sourcing committed individuals to assist their clients who require inhome care and services.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Placing job adds on various job boards.
  • Searching LI and database (Job Adder) to identify potential talent
  • Screening interested candidates for a potential match
  • Organising and running interviews via digital platforms to assess suitability to the roles available
  • Undertaking reference checks
  • Ensuring probity with WWC and Police Checks
  • Assisting with administration to ensure all data is correct in the system
  • Working with the team to on-board new employees
To be considered for this opportunity you are available now and are set up to work from home for the next 6 weeks plus.  You may also be keen to explore this opportunity on a more permanent basis should it be discussed down the track.  You will have gained some experience in recruitment, have excellent communication skills, are a self-starter and can use your initiative.  You are also systems literate, have high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality outcomes.  Salary circa $60k plus.
