HR/Operations Administrator


Brilliant opportunity to broaden your administrative and HR skills within this environmental consulting business assisting the COO and broader team.

Working with a mid-sized and well-established consulting firm that specialise in ecology and cultural heritage, your role will be to support the COO with a range of duties which will include general operations and human resource functions.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues and will be a go-to for information and support.  Your area of specialisation is administration so business processes, systems, and procedures are your passion.  

Key Responsibilities Include the following:
  • Assist the COO with daily/weekly projects and administrative process relating to all employees and their life cycles.  Included would be support with recruitment, onboarding, and all key administration relevant to their start, exits, and ensuring compliance with exit checklists.
  • Organisation of and collation of 360-degree feedback
  • Supporting the L&D Officer with the management of development programs.
  • Creating and management of contracts and contractor agreements
  • Documentation control with all internal documentation and templates
  • Ad-hoc reporting and assisting with payroll and employment queries.
  • Assisting COO with projects and also manage business events and celebrations.
To be considered for this position you are a passionate Administrator who has gained work experience within HR and enjoys the involvement of supporting in this area of business as well as operations.  You will be a people person who is energetic, an excellent communicator with the ability to work at pace and deliver quality outcomes.  Key requirements include being systems savvy, an excellent planner with the ability to shift gears to meet the demands of the business and your preference is to work as part of a team.
