Our client is a global manufacturer of dermatology products used within skin clinics nationally. They also have a consumer skin care range that is sold in leading retailers nationally.
Due to increased volume of customer enquiries, an opportunity has arisen for an additional Customer Experience Specialist to join the team based in Sydney’s northern beaches. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for answering all incoming enquiries relating to customer orders including processing orders, upselling & cross selling products, following up deliveries and liaising with distribution. Stakeholder management and having the ability to build rapport quickly with customers will be imperative in this fast-paced position.
For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity for structured career development to transition into a leadership role within 3-5 years.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be approachable, solutions orientated, a quick thinker and always strive to be better. They will be a natural leader who presents with confidence, drive and energy. Not afraid to challenge the status quo if they can see an opportunity for improvement.
To be successful for this role you will have 3 + years of customer service experience ideally within pharmaceutical or consumer products, excellent communication both written and verbal, strong attention to detail, tech savvy and a customer centric approach.
