The Role
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be an integral part of the Customer Service Team and be key to ensuring a smooth supply chain process for both inbound and out bound calls. Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • To be actively involved in all aspects of business relationships with your customers with the objective of developing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Provide a high level of customer service .
  • Maintain policy and procedure documentation through SAP. 
  • Assist the Account Managers, by liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, ensure accurate order entry is completed in line with agreed timeframes.
  • Respond to enquiries from customers by providing initial information and advice about the products and services offered 
Your Background
To make this job yours and be part of a fun and good natured team, we want to know about your experience:
  • Working within an FMCG Food manufacturing customer service role for at least 2 years (non negotiable)
  • You will be proficient in SAP having used it in a previous role
  • With an easy going nature you will be able to demonstrate how you successfully manage complaints and queries in your stride whilst maintaining a professional and systematic approach to getting resolutions
  • Have worked inbound and outbound customer service to tight deadlines with accuracy & efficiency.

What's on Offer
This is a full time 5 day week role based in the inner west of Melbourne. You will be engaged directly by the business to ensure you get all salaried bonus's including annual leave, paid public holidays, sick leave and so on. Working as part of a team of 6, you will join a close and fun team so a sense of humour and down to earth attitude will see you fit right in. You will be paid an annual salary of $60'000 + Super. The contract will be for a fixed period of 12 months - with a review to extend beyond this end date.
