Our client is a large community provider who needs assistance in their payroll team.  You will be experienced and what is essential is your experience on CHRIS 21 and ideally a time and attendance system.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake key tasks allocated for particular days to fulfil payroll requirements for fortnightly pay-run.
  • Respond to email enquiries post pay-run in a timely fashion using their internal ticketing system.
  • Make required adjustments as per enquiries and investigations
  • Enter details from timesheets into CHRIS 21, volume entry that requires absolute accuracy and eye for detail.
  • Work with Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that facets of the work is completed and any outstanding matters are taken care of.
This is a great role for someone who loves payroll and working within a high performing team who can also take time out to enjoy their workplace and celebrate key milestones such as birthdays and key Melbourne events.
To be successful you MUST have CHRIS 21 and large scale payroll experience and also possess clear and professional communication skills to be able to assist employees of the business as you represent.
