An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Sales manager to join the Veneziano Business and lead the VIC, SA and WA regions.

Veneziano forms a major part of the Nomad Coffee Group and as the business continues to grow and the needs of the business shift, the requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to share the leadership of the Australian sales team has become apparent.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Southern Regional Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales teams across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia with a primary focus of driving capability, confidence and sales across the region. A hands-on leader, they will maintain close relationships with key clients and support the team through business reviews as required.  

As the conduit between the wider business and the sales team, they will be required to influence internal stakeholders to meet the business needs whilst keeping the needs of the customer at the forefront. With a strong commercial background, they will have a proven ability to take ideas and implement into a strategy or push back when necessary, always with an alternative solution in line with the objectives of the broader business.

Skills & Experience
This candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to empower the team. They will be solution focused and influential with the ability to shake things up a little. They will be someone from a similar industry who will understand the motivators of each customer as they look to build a customer centric culture across the sales team. A coffee background is not required, although they will need to have a passion to learn or fundamental knowledge of the industry, including the customer base.

The position would be suited to someone with a natural ability to build rapport and have great enthusiasm in what they do. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of achieving targets and budgets on an individual and team level.
