Our high impact Development Workshops provide participants with tools and techniques to immediately apply in the workplace. Designed for employers to offer their high performing talent and leaders an opportunity to revitalise team dynamics, increase job satisfaction and engagement, enhance self-awareness and drive productivity.
These workshops are delivered in a series of four, 60-minute interactive sessions over the course of 1 month and allow a maximum of 10 participants within each group.

Our assessment services include personality & behaviour profiling (leadership style, emotional intelligence and job-specific assessment), cognitive & aptitude tests (verbal, numerical, abstract reasoning and error checking) and industry & skill-specific tests.
