Mark De Vink

Mark, Melbourne born and bred and proud father of four, brings boundless energy and passion to his role as Practice Lead – Regional Partnerships at Miller Leith.

Mark’s professional journey began in accounting before he moved into recruitment, specialising in accountancy and finance. His career then grew into leadership of a regional recruitment business across Victoria, Tasmania and NSW, where he led large teams and strengthened his extensive regional networks. With a wealth of recruitment experience, Mark’s role at Miller Leith focuses on driving the business into new customers and new geographies, while creating an exceptional regional customer experience.

A natural leader, Mark is motivated by the development of people and providing bespoke recruitment solutions. His authentic and passionate approach resonates with customers, candidates, and colleagues alike. Outside of work, you’ll often find Mark enjoying nature, riding motorbikes, waterskiing, staying active, and following his children’s sporting pursuits.
