Elliott Rogers

Born and raised in Melbourne, Elliott has spent his entire life living in the South-East. He graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Economics and Finance, and has since built a career in sales and recruitment.

Elliott’s recruitment experience has been primarily focused on permanent sales roles within the FMCG sector, particularly across the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Goods industries. He has over two years of experience recruiting for both tier 1 & 2 multinationals and SMEs.

At Miller Leith, Elliott specialises in recruiting B2B and B2C sales roles within the FMCG industry, supporting appointments from entry-level to senior positions across some of Australia’s leading organisations. He finds the most satisfaction in directly influencing candidates’ career journeys and connecting clients with the right talent to meet their sales team needs.

Outside of work, Elliott leads a social and active lifestyle. He describes himself as an extroverted introvert, enjoying both catching up with friends and spending quality time with close family. An enthusiastic supporter of live music and events, he is also known for exploring Melbourne’s best sandwich shops and delis on weekends.

What’s really important to you?

I love spending quality time with those closest to me – friends, family as well as travelling and trying new experiences.

What is something quirky about you?

Any of my closest friends will be able to attest to my DJ skills (or at least my ability to curate the perfect Spotify mix).

What motivates you about the recruitment industry?

I find it incredibly motivating partnering with highly successful businesses and being able to enable their future growth by connecting them with incredible sales talent in the market. Networking with experienced sales leaders daily is incredibly rewarding.
