Christian Tran is a proud Melburnian with a strong background in sales and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Before stepping into recruitment, Christian spent several years honing his skills in sales, particularly within the real estate industry. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of client service, relationship building and what drives commercial success.

At Miller Leith, Christian specialises in recruitment across the big box retail and QSR space, working closely with both national and growing brands to find the right leadership and operational talent. He thrives on the energy of the industry and enjoys the variety that comes with working with different people and personalities every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find Christian outdoors whenever possible, whether it’s running, travelling, or soaking up the sun. He’s all about staying active, exploring new places and meeting new people along the way.

What is important to you?
It’s important to experience everything life has to offer, whether that’s through food, culture or connecting with people from different walks of life.

What is something quirky about you?
People call me the ‘Condiment Connoisseur’ because I’m absolutely obsessed with sauces. I never eat a meal without at least one on the side.

What is it about the recruitment industry that motivates you?
Being able to connect people with long-term career opportunities is incredibly rewarding. There’s something really satisfying about helping someone find the right fit.
