From rolling up her sleeves, working in her third generation family food business, through to cosmetics and retail, Steph has always been an ‘all rounder’, working for various FMCG and Retail businesses throughout her career.
Having recently worked as Recruitment Coordinator and Team Coordinator for luxury retail brands, she decided it was time to give the recruitment industry a go…and the rest is history!
Steph brings a high level of energy to the team, and as a natural ‘people person’ and her experience training, developing and coordinating a team, it was only fitting that Steph joined Miller Leith as Team Coordinator.
From ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consultant support to on-boarding, account and events management, Steph upholds the core of what we are about at Miller Leith; coming together as a team and supporting our company culture and values.
Steph works closely with our Managing Director in an Executive Assistant capacity, as well as the entire team across Melbourne and Sydney.
Outside of Miller Leith, Steph loves travel and has spent quite a bit of time living in London and travelling to various countries, more recently America.
What’s really important to you?
Family, friends (My friends are my family & my main support system in Melbourne as my family are all from Brisbane) travel, health & wellness.
What’s something quirky about you?
I love any beauty/health/wellness fad. Any new fad out, you bet I’ll be doing it or about to buy/take part in. They could last from anywhere from a few days to a month.
What motivates you about the recruitment industry?
Coming from a strong customer service background. I enjoy working in high buzz, fast paced environments. What I enjoy about recruitment is it’s all about building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
