Principal Consultant - HR & Business Support

Born and raised in Melbourne, Bec brings a fresh perspective from her current studies at RMIT University and her passion for Human Resource Management!

As a people person, Bec’s experience in customer service roles and her enjoyment of helping others led her to major in Human Resources after completing her VCE studies.

To kick start her HR career, Bec joined our HR and Business Support team in Melbourne and has quickly progressed to a Consultant. Whilst completing her Bachelor of Business, Bec is applying her studies at Miller Leith and developing her career in recruitment across permanent, contract and temporary assignments.

During her spare time, she enjoys playing social netball and holidaying in Echuca and Lake Eildon where she loves to take part in water sports (including wakeboarding and knee boarding). Bec hopes to explore the world and travel to Europe in the near future to further expand her network and experience other cultures.

Family, friends and banter. It is important to always be happy and have a laugh.

What is something quirky about you?
I have three cats!

What motivates you about the Recruitment Industry?
I love meeting new people and socialising, and what better job than helping others land their dream job. It is a rewarding and fulfilling role and the scope for progression is endless!
