Jane Considine

Born in Geelong, Jane has been fortunate to live all over the world, namely in England, New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur. Now Jane is settled into life in Melbourne, which she absolutely loves.

After completing a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Public Relations, Jane commenced her professional career in Real Estate. Starting out as a leasing consultant before moving into a Sales Executive role servicing homes in the Stonnington area.

Jane’s background in servicing clients to the highest standard and passion for people has led to a natural progression into the recruitment world, joining Miller Leith as a Consultant with a specialist focus on the Sales sector within FMCG. Her strong communication skills and effervescent personality allow Jane to build lasting relationships with those around her, personally and professionally.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jane down at her family’s beach house in Barwon heads, spending time with her partner and friends. She also sees herself as a bit of a foodie and loves to find new bars and restaurants in Melbourne.

What’s important to you?
My partner, family and friends are all very important factors in my life. Along with spending time with them, I also enjoy living a balanced life of working hard but reaping the rewards too.

What is something quirky about you?
Something random about me is I used to be quite a good sports person when I was a bit younger. This led me to competing at quite a high level of High Jump and won the National Championships when I was living in England (don’t ask me to do it now).

What motivates you about the Recruitment Industry?
The recruitment industry allows me to meet new and interesting people on a daily basis and with that I am able to match them with exciting careers that greatly impacts their lives.
