Senior Principal Consultant - HR, Business Support & Finance
Beth is originally from the UK and has been recruiting in Sydney for the last 3 years. Her previous experience has spans across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance, providing her with the insights necessary to understand business needs.
She now joins Miller Leith Sydney as a Senior Principal Consultant with a specialist focus within the HR, Business Support and Finance sectors, working across a range of our partnership clients. Beth’s passion is assisting people to in identifying where they fit for the long-term. She possesses the business advisory skills necessary to assist clients and candidates with this important work and is looking forward to building key relationships in Sydney for Miller Leith.
What’s important to you?
Spending time with my partner and our chocolate lab and keeping in touch with my family and friends in the UK. I also love weekend swims at the beach and trying out new restaurants.
What is something quirky about you?
I visited 9 countries in 2019 and my partner part-owns a Gin Distillery.
What motivates you about the Recruitment Industry?
Helping people find the role that might just change their lives! I will never get bored of that feeling. I also love the relationships you build with your clients and candidates, some of which have turned into great friendships.
