Bethany Underwood

Beth is originally from the UK and has been recruiting Senior Finance in Sydney since 2019. Her previous experience spans across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance; providing her with well-rounded insights and overall view of business needs.

As State Manager, Beth specialises in Senior Finance roles from Senior Accountant to CFO. Beth partners with candidates and clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment, market insights and networking opportunities. Beth’s passion lies in providing a consultative approach to assist people in identifying where they fit long-term.

With experience within both large and boutique agencies, Beth has successfully worked with a range of clients from Global Tier One businesses through to SME’s with a particular focus on the FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail sectors.

What’s important to you?
I love travelling, trying out new restaurants and taking our chocolate lab out for long walks.

What is something quirky about you?
I visited 9 countries in 2019. Oh and l love melted cheese but can’t stand cold cheese (weird I know!)

What motivates you about the Recruitment Industry?
Helping people find a role that might just change their lives! I will never get bored of that feeling. I also love the relationships you build with your clients and candidates; some of which have turned into great friendships.
