With company-owned production facilities, Roma manufactures products across the biscuits, snacking, crispbreads, breakfast, pasta, baking, and dessert categories. Roma presently produces for its company-owned Brands – Orgran Health & Nutrition and Buontempo – as well as delivering products across the retail, foodservice and industrial channels.
As the business is continuing to launch new products and extending its reach both globally and domestically, Roma is seeking a consumer-focused, passionate Marketing Executive to join the wider team.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, the Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the business across a wide mix of marketing campaigns. On a day to day, accountabilities will include:
- Supporting the wider team with development and execution of marketing & brand collateral and consumer communications
- Coordinating packaging design and creative assets in collaboration with design partners
- Development of marketing collateral including: photography, videos, brochures, printed assets
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure consistency of work and adherence to project timelines

Skills & Experience
The Marketing Executive will be self-structured and proactive in approach and will have a “can-do” attitude as well as a real enthusiasm and some exposure to the food manufacturing landscape. We’re looking for someone who’s a team player and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever changing environment and thrives in a role where there’s plenty of autonomy and project management required.
With a solid grounding in marketing principles, you'll already have some experience in FMCG or food manufacturing. You will have ideally worked for a similar, small and nimble team, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Commercial acumen key here; as well as having experience in managing multiple stakeholders and briefing third-party suppliers. You'll also have a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
