National Business Manager

Lead the Coles, Woolworths and Aldi Business for an Australian Manufacturer with well known and trusted brands.

The Company
Our client is an Australian Manufacturer with established pantry brands and a strong pipeline of NPD. As they continue to grow across the retail channel, they require a hands-on National Account Manager OR National Business Manager to join the business. 

Job Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a hands-on role in building and executing short-term and long-term sales plans, with the objective of further developing sound commercial relationships across Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi.
The role requires a deep understanding of the retail channel and competitor base as it looks to develop market leading solutions. This will be achieved through diligent and strategic business planning with a high level of cross functional collaboration and communication.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be passionate and results-driven with a demonstrated history of success. They will have experience within a food category across Coles and Woolworths, preferably both, and knowledge of the Aldi business. Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, the ideal candidate will be an expert negotiator and a fast thinker with the energy and pace to achieve ideal outcomes. You will be capable of working with a level of ambiguity and be confident with category data.
