This pioneering executive career program is a long-term career partnership for executives who want support maintaining their career continuity, starting with a transition to a new employer, or into a consulting/business venture.
This is a 5-year program of support that includes comprehensive career planning, a committed effort to identify and research new employment opportunities, professional network enhancement, opportunity conversion coaching and 6 months of formal onboarding into a new employer.
After which we will provide annual career reviews, coaching advice and if required during the 5 year period we will provide career transition support into another employer.
