After 13 years of growth, the appointment marks a deliberate evolution for the agency, moving from founder-led to enterprise-led leadership with the structure, capability and systems to support its next stage of growth.<\/p>\n

A Planned and Purposeful Transition<\/h2>\n

Christy joined Miller Leith in 2025 as Director \u2013 NSW as part of a planned CEO succession pathway. In that time, she has expanded the agency\u2019s presence in New South Wales and worked closely with the Executive Team to align structure, performance, and long-term direction.<\/p>\n

With more than 20 years in the recruitment industry, Christy is widely respected for building commercially focused teams, identifying growth opportunities, leading customer and community partnerships, and embedding high-performance cultures through operational leadership.<\/p>\n

Founder Stephen Borg says the decision was clear. \u201cAt our executive offsite last year, I looked around the room and recognised we\u2019d built something bigger than any one individual. The capability was there. The maturity was there. It was time.\u201d<\/p>\n

From May, Stephen will focus fully on the market as Founder & Executive Director, partnering with clients and candidates through executive search and growth advisory, while continuing to mentor emerging consultants internally.<\/p>\n

Strength in the Executive Team<\/h2>\n

The May 2026 transition reinforces Miller Leith\u2019s leadership depth, backed by an Executive Team averaging 20 years\u2019 industry experience.<\/p>\n

Co-Founder Joe Sette will formally transition from Chief Operating Officer to Co-Founder & Director \u2013 Victoria, increasing his presence with clients in the state where the agency was founded. \u201cStephen and I built Miller Leith on partnership and trust. This transition will allow us to return to the market together, strengthen those relationships, and invest in the next generation of consultants,\u201d Joe says.<\/p>\n

Supporting this evolution, Jarrad Dowling expands his role to Group Chief Operating Officer. In addition to leading Miller Leith Consulting, he will further embed the systems, structure, and internal expertise that enable consultants to perform at their best.<\/p>\n

Stephen reflects, \u201cHaving seen the impact of Jarrad\u2019s advisory work with our clients, it became clear that bringing that same rigour inside Miller Leith would strengthen how we operate and take an already strong business to a new high.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAmbitious consultants don\u2019t just need opportunity,\u201d Jarrad adds. \u201cThey need clarity, capability, and the right environment around them. Our focus is on strengthening the operational foundations that allow great consultants to do their best work. Miller Leith\u2019s leadership depth is also reflected across its national footprint through Jordana Jacklin, Director \u2013 QLD, while the recent expansion into Tasmania under Director Lara Gebka marks the agency as one of the few mid-sized recruitment partners operating across the full eastern seaboard.<\/p>\n

Looking Ahead<\/h2>\n

Between now and 1 May 2026, Miller Leith will continue operating under its current structure, with the transition unfolding transparently and collaboratively.<\/p>\n

Thirteen years on from its founding, this next chapter reflects confidence in the foundations built and a commitment to long-term, sustainable growth grounded in leadership depth and operational strength.<\/p>\n
