In mid-2023, she opened our Queensland office with one clear goal: to build something meaningful for clients, candidates, and her team.

“I wanted to establish and grow by servicing our clients and candidates in the right way, that is honest, consultative and hard working.”

Jordana’s approach is grounded in experience, not just professional, but deeply personal.

“Years ago, when I was a young university grad in the UK, I had a really poor experience with a recruiter. I hate that our industry has a reputation for ghosting, I want to challenge that.”

This high standard carries through every step of the recruitment process. Jordana doesn’t just help clients and candidates move quickly, she holds them accountable to each other.

“Blocking out time, locking in interviews, creating structure, all of that ensures we’re not letting great people slip through the cracks.”

What’s Next for Queensland?

It’s no surprise that with this kind of leadership, things are on the up in Queensland.

“The market’s picking up in a really healthy way. It’s not just backfilling roles anymore, businesses are hiring to build capability for the future.”

She’s also seeing a shift in what candidates want.

“It’s not just about the highest package anymore. And in doing so, she’s showing that even in a fast-paced, tech-driven world, genuine care still wins.

As we look ahead to a new chapter of growth in Queensland, one thing’s clear: with Jordana at the helm, we’re in very good hands.

In an era where AI and automation sometimes make our working world feel a little less human, there’s something incredibly refreshing about people who genuinely care.
