At every step of our journey, we’re always making sure we give back to the community through our charity initiative<\/p>\n

When it comes to our community at Miller Leith, everyone is encouraged to bend and shape it in new and better ways. Our in-house charity program, ’12 in Twelve’, is driven by individuals and supported collectively as a team to ensure that we constantly give back to the community.<\/p>\n

With ongoing physical activities and monthly mental health walks, we all continue to push our energy levels forward together and create an environment that has a constant focus on motivation, overall well-being and embodies a supportive culture. We aim to create the right environment for individuals to explore their professional interests and shape their career trajectories.<\/p>\n

We have a set of values that we put our heads together and created that helps guide how we communicate and collaborate. It’s a continual work in progress, but it’s been incredibly important as our growth accelerates. \n\t\tVolunteering\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

In our ’12 in Twelve’ initiative, the team have taken on the pledge to complete 12 hours of volunteering or participation at charity events within 12 months. This program has been designed to create unique and meaningful volunteering experiences for the team. Enabling them to spend time with others making a difference, giving back to our community and supporting our collectively chosen charity partners.<\/p>\n
